Come and explore the treasures of the Scottish Deaf Archive! Cared for by Deaf History Scotland, the archive holds over 200 years of Scottish Deaf history, with fascinating stories and remarkable objects waiting to be discovered. 

From ear trumpets to sports trophies, photographs, documents, and much more, the collection offers a unique glimpse into Scotland’s rich deaf heritage and culture. 

You’ll also have the chance to meet our archivist and volunteers, who will be in the archive  to share stories, answer questions, and help bring history to life.
